Kindsay Elgin is the owner of Essence Salon. She's a platform stylist, educator, and industry professional with nearly two decades of experience. She specializes in customized cutting, color, extensions, and styling with a strong focus on creating looks that fit each client's lifestyle. In 2025, Kindsay took the stage with the Intercoiffure Women's Cutting Council and has also traveled to Italy to collaborate on editorial looks for magazine publications. As a Kevin Murphy Gold Key Educator, and founder of Kintastic Education, she educates stylists across the U.S. while continuing to mentor and develop her own team through one-on-one education. Her work has also been featured in Modern Salon Magazine and more around the globe.
