Kindsay is a talented and experienced hairstylist who has been in the industry since 2008. She specializes in color, French cutting, barbering, extensions and up-dos. She has trained with Vivienne Mackinder, Miseal Art and Oribe and has been featured in Modern Salon Magazine and Inspire Hair Books. She strives to be the best for each individual that sits in her chair. Kindsay's strength comes from her ability to listen to her client's interests and opinions when it comes to what they want for their hair. All the while, taking time to educate them on maintenance beyond the salon. Sylvia graduated from Capri College in Cedar Rapids where she received the award “Student of the Month” and was nominated for “2019 Rock Star Stylist”. Ongoing and advanced education classes are important to her so she can stay current on the latest trends and styles. Sylvia strives to make each of her clients happy while helping them maintain the integrity and health of their hair. Allie has over 6 years of experience in the hair industry since graduating from Minnesota School of Beauty. She is dedicated to keeping up with the latest trends and styles to help you achieve the look you desire. She loves to talk with clients and understand what each client wants so they leave the salon feeling more confident. She specializes in blondes, colors, french cutting, braids and updos. Charlee graduated from Capri College and has continued her ongoing education with Kevin Murphy and Oribe. Charlee has a passion for hair that shows through each and every haircut, highlight and style that leaves her chair. Her hunger for knowledge and attention to detail are what sets her apart. She listens carefully to her clients needs while adding suggestions to create the desired outcome. She excels in providing clients with plenty of knowledge on properly caring for their hair. Hairstylist
Kaylee is a southeastern Iowan. As a graduate from Capri College, she values growing with her colleagues to make the industry great! Her charisma, passion and hunger for education is contagious. Kaylee specializes in lash extensions, airbrush makeup, hair extensions, and hand painting color techniques. Operations Manager
Codee has several years experience in the customer service and administration industries. Her goal is to take care of all the behind the scenes work that's required for the salon to run smoothly so that the stylists can focus on the clients in their chairs. She will be happy to help in anyway she can but she will leave the hair care to the stylists. She's looking forward to seeing you at Essence Salon!
